1. Account & Security
To access our courses, batches, online classes, and mock exams, you must register for an account using a valid email. You agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing accounts between multiple students or friends is strictly prohibited and monitored by device telemetry logs.
- You will immediately notify support if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your credentials.
2. Student Code of Conduct
We aim to provide a healthy, premium interactive workspace. Students are expected to maintain academic integrity and respect:
- No offensive language, cyberbullying, harassment, or spamming inside live class chats, messaging panels, or discussion boards.
- No cheating or submitting plagiarized answers during online mock exams, quizzes, or assignments.
- No automated scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering of the platform's layout, APIs, or database scripts.
3. Fees & Refund Policy
Enrollment in premium batches or buying books requires payment of set fees:
- All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways (bKash, Rocket, SSLCommerz, etc.).
- Batches may run on a monthly subscription fee model. Access is renewed on receipt of successful payment.
- Refund policies vary per course and are stated at the time of purchase. Typically, class bookings and batch fee enrollments are non-refundable once classes commence.
4. Intellectual Property
All educational resources, videos, slides, sheets, PDFs, and exam questions are the exclusive intellectual property of Edubari and the lead teacher:
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view class recordings and print PDFs for your own study use.
- You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, distributing, selling, or uploading our materials to public repositories, torrent networks, or competing EdTech platforms.
5. Access Control & Suspension
We reserve the right to control, limit, or revoke access permissions on the platform:
- Admins can toggle the global "Access Status" toggle button to instantly pause student dashboard operations.
- Suspended students will see a suspension notice and be blocked from online classes, exams, notes, and payments.
- Violations of safety guidelines, account sharing, or intellectual property breaches may lead to permanent ban options.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, you agree that:
- The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that online class feeds or database connections will never experience temporary server downtimes.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from poor internet connections, device compatibility problems, or third-party server outages (e.g. Supabase, hosting provider).
- Under no circumstances will Edubari be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
